Gilad Friedman is a licensed real estate consultant who specializes in Jerusalem’s most sought-after neighborhoods. After several years working as a translator, he decided to merge his bilingual capabilities and his fascination for real estate. He trained at well-known real estate network RE/MAX, where he learned the ins and outs of Israel’s intricate property market.
After moving to central Jerusalem, he joined forces with a former RE/MAX broker at a boutique firm and began specializing in the Holy City’s most prestigious property markets. He then joined MC Israel Properties as the consultant for Central Jerusalem neighborhoods.
Gilad was born in South Africa and made Aliya with his family in 1994, at the age of seven. He has a profound understanding of the ‘Anglo mindset’ and enjoys serving as a liaison between Jerusalem’s local real estate market and English-speakers searching for the right property.
Serving his clients in what is sometimes perceived as a “dog-eat-dog” marketplace, he is most proud of the occasions where he advised clients not to buy.
Gilad is an avid sports enthusiast and follows a broad range of disciplines such as soccer, American football, tennis, cricket, and snooker. He lives in the picturesque neighborhood of Baka in Jerusalem with his wife, Liran, and their two children, Rafael and Amelia.
